Course Content:
Candidates should have previous TIG experience or completed a flat plate TIG welding course prior to this course, this is a requirement.
Aim:
To give candidates the skill and knowledge to:
- Prepare pipe(butt) joints.
- Assemble of the (butt) joint.
- Root welds to EN ISO 9606-1 standard
- Fill and capping runs to EN ISO 9606-1 standard
Duration: 6 Evenings Tuesday or Thursday X2 hour classes
+ 1 Night Assessment

Please Note:
Additional certification can be achieved in these welding courses , if required and can be certified by Advanced NDT Solutions Ltd to certification EN ISO 9609-1 2013 standard. Certification is a TIG complete test coupon in 6G position, covering 25mm diameter pipe and greater.
